This charming cafe embraces a welcoming atmosphere that evokes a sense of community, making it a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Sip on your favorite brew as you immerse yourself in the unique blend of cultures that the cafe has to offer.

Cafe Tinto isn’t just about the ambiance; it's about the experience. The friendly staff members are known for their warmth and attentiveness, ensuring that every guest feels right at home. The café prides itself on a stellar selection of coffee and delectable pastries. Many patrons rave about the croissants, a must-try that pairs beautifully with their rich, aromatic coffee. The pastries have a fresh, homemade quality that transports you to a traditional German bakery, much to the delight of food lovers like Thamy Caroline, who found the bakery experience to be exceptional.

The vibe here is unpretentious. It's a place where you can grab a beer with friends or take a moment to enjoy the local scenery. As Jaime Li so aptly puts it, Cafe Tinto provides an alternative to the typical bar scene without sacrificing quality. Here, affordability meets excellent taste, offering a range of beers that won’t break the bank.

The menu at Cafe Tinto extends beyond coffee and pastries. Adventurous eaters can indulge in delicious Middle Eastern and Balkan delicacies, where dishes like börek take center stage, celebrated for their rich flavors. A standout treat includes the delightful yoghurt-fruit cups—an unexpected but refreshing pairing that will leave your taste buds craving more, as noted by Xan van Rooyen.

While some customers, like Gafar Smart, mentioned minor cleanliness issues, the overall atmosphere and engaging service overshadow these imperfections. A few ashes left on tables won't detract from the superbly cheap and tasty delights that await you at Cafe Tinto.

So, whether you’re in the mood for a refreshing breakfast of flaky pastries or a lively evening with local brews and good vibes, Cafe Tinto promises a delightful experience at every visit. Make sure to stop by and enjoy the flavors and sincerity that this cafe embodies!

It is not a fancy place, but I prefer by far to drink a beer in a place like this (a Späti with tables and a lot of local people), rather than being in a regular bar (where I would need to pay twice the price and a I would have a much smaller selection of beers).

Cool place, I like the cafe because the coffees were cheap and tasty however what I found not interesting was the fact that there were ashes of cigarettes on the tables and had to clean it myself, aside that all was good

Went for breakfast, had different pastries and sweets. The service was very nice and friendly. The food and coffee very good too. Must try the croissants

Im Braziliam and what I really like ia a good bakery, so I though maybe this place could suprise me and I was right. Its a very traditional germany bakery. The food was amazing. The place is confortable to have a nice coffee. They have a lot of tipes of bread and pastry. I really like there, will be back when I m in Berlin.

A hidden gem serving delicious middle eastern/Balkan food. The börek were particularly good and the yoghurt-fruit cups were surprisingly good. Friendly service and cards accepted for purchases over 10€. Open late.

The best späti in Berlin! A wide assortment of beers with a rotating selection of uncommon bavarian beer. Comfortable chairs as well, for those who want to spend several hours binge drinking.
